BOOK INFO AND AUTHOR PROFILE

Written for children ages 6 - 11. This activity book takes the reader on a journey through the desert and the animals that make the desert their home. 

Along the way the reader will learn the desert is alive, and will spark their imagination reminding them the desert is a magical place of animals, plants and minerals and not a lonely place at all.

Included are associated activities such as: mazes, word search, spot the difference, secret messages, dot-2-dot, and other exciting learning activities to keep readers busy for hours.

Julie grew up in Phoenix, AZ and spent her childhood exploring and seeing what is special about the desert and how it is full of life. Her mother was an elementary teacher who taught her to look around and appreciate the world around you. She would help her mother with classroom activities every summer which started her journey with spreading that joy via children’s books. 

Outside of writing, Julie works with businesses on their sales techniques and business growth objectives.
